The Integrated Health and Social Services Center (CISSS) des Laurentides continues to actively recruit staff in all its sectors, particularly nurses and nursing assistants as well as respiratory therapists.
With this in mind, the CISSS maintains daily efforts to maximize the positive impact of the measures announced on September 23 by the Minister of Health and Social Services, Mr. Christian Dubé,

allowing nurses, nursing assistants and respiratory therapists to obtain financial compensation
in specific situations.
Among other things, it should be noted that to date, 425 people will receive bonuses for CISSS employees committing to one-year full-time employment and that 58 of them were part-time employees who agreed to take on a full-time position. Also, nine people received the bonuses issued to
daytime employees by agreeing to work evenings or nights for 4 consecutive weeks and several
hundred employees benefited from the $ 200 bonus when adding shifts at weekends.
The CISSS des Laurentides is also participating until November 13 in the virtual job fair “For a health public network “. Those interested can get a job offer in just 24 hours.
Favorable financial incentives up to $ 12,000, job stability, reconciliation work – life, are some of the many measures being implemented to provide nursing staff and cardiorespiratory care personnel the best working conditions possible and exercise in order to create a fulfilling and stimulating environment.
